Job Description
Foster Garvey PC is seeking an experienced Counsel or Partner-level candidate (a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required) to join its Commercial, IP & Technology Group and assist with liquor- and cannabis-related matters. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients involved in the alcohol, beverage, and cannabis industries on issues related to licensing, trade practice compliance, distribution, contracts, and dispute resolution.
This individual will play a key role in collaborating with and helping manage an incredible team of attorneys across the Firm’s offices. You will be part of a team dedicated to excellent client service, and join a collegial office environment where teamwork and shared success are paramount.

Salary Range
The annualized salary range for this position is $200,000 to $325,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law;
- 7 or more years of experience with liquor matters;
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills;
- A client-service approach and exceptional communication skills;
- Enthusiasm to work with and build a diverse team;
- The ability to help manage a team of talented attorneys and manage significant individual responsibilities;
- FDA experience is a plus;
- Partial book of business is a plus.
