Experience : 2 years of legal experience
Location : NY, NY (Hybrid schedule; 3 days in office)
Description : Seeking a junior to mid-level Finance Associate with experience handling complex financing transactions, including CLOs, warehouse financings, and securitizations. The group represents clients ranging from highly sophisticated financial institutions, investors and asset managers. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative practice group, where you will handle marquee transactions for top clients.
