Role Overview : As the TSCF Facility Program Manager / Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our new temporary shelter care facility, providing services to children and youth in transition. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, providing support to facility staff, children, and youth, and ensuring compliance with the program statement and Title XXII regulations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train, coach, and provide professional development to our dedicated staff, while fostering a culture of integrity, empathy, empowerment, respect, and excellence.

Responsibilities :
- Direct Services : Monitor daily operation, provide oversite regarding placements, ensure the functionality of all program aspects, and act as the liaison to various agencies and stakeholders, working closely with placement and support staff with Sacramento County.
- HR Responsibilities and Training : Assist in hiring, disciplinary procedures, and annual performance evaluations, while providing supervision, training, and support to program staff.
- Program Development and Planning : Act as an ambassador for the agency, monitor spending and budgets, seek new opportunities and collaboration, track key outcome and success indicators, and make recommendations for improvement.
