Foth is currently seeking a team-focused and results-oriented Civil Engineering Intern to join our Aviation Services team. This is a hands-on learning experience conducting construction observation at the Des Moines International Airport. This full time internship will be based out of our Des Moines, IA office for the Summer of 2025. Explore the Foth internship experience by clicking HERE!
- Perform construction observation and administration for aviation related projects at the Des Moines International Airport with a team of engineers
- Assist with construction measurements and documentation, quantity reporting, plan and specification review, and contractor/client coordination
- Engage in routine civil engineering support tasks under the direction of a licensed engineer
- Available to work a flexible schedule when work requires it. This could include weekend work (40 hour work weeks with the possibility of overtime)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering at an accredited technical college or university
- Must be able to pass airport security background check
- Clean driving history
