Graphic Design & Production Assistant – Events & Experiential Marketing
Location: Boynton Beach, FL (On-site only)
Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered for the right fit)
We’re FotoBoyz, a high-energy experiential marketing company that brings events to life through interactive photo booths, immersive games, and custom-branded activations. We’re looking for a Graphic Design & Production Assistant to support our lead designer and help streamline the design workflow for our event clients.
If you're already well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and know your way around HTML, we want you.
What You’ll Do
- Create graphic assets for photo booths, overlays, backdrops, and branded mockups
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to design within set templates and specs
- Assist with creating and formatting emails using HTML (via DJ Event Planner)
- Use Curator and FotoMaster templates to prep assets for various photobooths (we’ll train you on those)
- Organize and upload assets to Dropbox for event execution
- Communicate with internal team (Sales, Event Staff, Graphics Lead) via Monday.com, Slack, WhatsApp, and Email
- Help track graphic project timelines and deliverables
- Be ready to step in and pick up where our lead designer left off if needed
- Provide quick-turn mockups for client requests or last-minute changes
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Develop branding materials and marketing content for various platforms, including social media and websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and client specifications.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to enhance visual communication strategies.
Must-Have Skills
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Solid working knowledge of HTML for formatting emails (this is mandatory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds
- Comfortable working independently without needing basic design training
- Familiarity with Dropbox, Slack, and project/task management tools
- Ability to work on-site in Boynton Beach, FL (remote is not an option)
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Curator, FotoMaster, or similar photobooth software
- Light video editing skills
- Wordpress/website editing
- Previous experience in the events or experiential marketing industry
