Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of photography projects. You'll work closely with clients, photographers, editors, and logistics teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage photography projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
3. Coordinate with photographers, editors, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
6. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop project proposals and pitches.
8. Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
9. Ensure all projects adhere to FOTOCOLE's quality standards and brand guidelines.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the photography or creative industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience in the photography or creative industry.
