As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing activities from concept to execution, ensuring seamless operations, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of photography sessions, ensuring alignment with client needs and photographer availability.
- Oversee logistics for photo shoots, including equipment rentals, travel arrangements, and venue bookings.
- Maintain and update client records, session details, and project timelines in the company’s CRM system.
- Liaise between clients, photographers, and editors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Monitor inventory levels of photography equipment, props, and printed materials, and place orders as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of client contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Track and report on key operational metrics, such as project completion rates and client satisfaction scores.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Support the team by preparing reports, presentations, and other operational documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data privacy and quality standards.
