Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads for photography services (e.g., weddings, corporate events, product shoots) via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct virtual sales consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored photography packages.
- Close sales deals by negotiating contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.
- Upsell premium services such as retouching, custom albums, video packages, or extended session hours.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with photographers and project managers to ensure client expectations align with deliverables.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue goals using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal promotions to refine sales strategies.
- Provide post-sale support by addressing client questions and coordinating handoffs to the operations team.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for revenue and client acquisition.
Requirements:
- High school degree
- Experience in sales and customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely
- Knowledge of photography equipment is a plus
