As an Assistant Sales Manager/IT Support, you’ll help lead a team that captures fun, interactive moments for guests while also providing technical support to keep everything running smoothly. Whether you're assisting with sales or troubleshooting tech issues, you’ll have the chance to make a big impact.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Manager/Photographer:

• Team Leadership: Work closely with the manager to meet sales goals and achieve team performance objectives.
• Customer Experience: Help create memorable experiences by capturing fun, interactive moments for guests.
• Scheduling & Support: Assist with team scheduling and various manager duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Sales & Service: Promote our attractive photo and digital packages while providing top-tier customer service.
• Global Interaction: Engage with guests from all over the world, contributing to a unique and exciting atmosphere.

As IT Support:

• Technical Assistance: Learn FotoFX!’s technical systems and be the first line of defense for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Problem Solving: Ensure smooth operations by quickly resolving any IT-related challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  • 1 years of retail/customer service experience
  • 1 years of leadership/keyholder experience
• Skills:
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
  • Enjoy interacting with guests and selling in a retail atmosphere
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn new systems and provide IT support as needed
• Availability: Must be available weekends and holidays
• Requirements:
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Background check required
