Foton Candle is a fast-growing manufacturing company offering unique, patent-pending pearled candle products and decorating solutions to both businesses and direct to consumers. We value creativity, curiosity to learn & experiment, and positive, get-it-done attitudes. We're looking for a full-time social media content creator to join our marketing team to help us continue growing our social media accounts (@fotoncandle) that today have over 1.4 million followers across platforms.
You would help film, edit, and post primarily video content on various social media platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok. This is an entry-level position designed to evaluate a person for a long-term marketing career within our growing organization. The position is a hybrid between in-person and remote, requiring at least some in-person time in our headquarters in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Job Responsibilities :
- Creating (primarily) video content for TikTok, Instagram / FaceBook, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Editing content to maximize impressions and engagement.
- Daily content posting on the company’s social media sites.
- Researching and recommending suitable keywords, hashtags, trending audio and content styles.
- Tracking and reviewing marketing data to measure the success of social media marketing efforts and implement learnings.
- Contributing to developing the overall social media & specific content strategy together with the team.
