Foulkeways in Gwynedd, PA is looking for an LPN experienced in skilled care to support our team!
Position: LPN
Shifts: 7:00am-3:00pm or 3:00PM - 11:00pm every other weekend

Responsibilities
- Responsible for direct care, oversight and general supervision of personal care home residents and for twenty-four hour coordination of resident care provided by all members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Evaluates residents' need for services upon admission, completing and/or coordinating completion of all documentation necessary for admission to unit.
- Orients resident to room and unit routines upon admission, assisting resident with unpacking of clothing and possessions as needed.
- Cues, supervises, and assists residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, shaving, dressing, and care of clothing.
- Cues, supervises, and assists residents with tasks of daily living, including securing transportation, shopping, making and keeping appointments, use of telephone, care of personal possessions, correspondence, personal laundry, securing health care, participation in social and leisure activities, self-medication schedule, and meals.
- Administers medications to residents not on self-medication routine in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice, demonstrating knowledge of medications, effects, and competency in mathematics necessary to accurately compute medication dosage.
Qualifications
- Must have State LPN license
- CPR Card
- Quantiferon Gold test or chest x-ray(if Quatiferon is positive)
