Position Overview:
The Inventory Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management across the organization. This individual will utilize analytical tools, maintain clear communication across teams, and collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze key inventory metrics such as PAR levels, slow-moving items, and turnover rates.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve inventory efficiency.
- Inventory Communication:
- Serve as the central point of communication for inventory-related updates.
- Keep all teams informed about inventory movements, replenishment schedules, and changes.
- Inventory Accuracy:
- Ensure inventory location data is consistently accurate and up-to-date.
- Implement and maintain processes to reduce discrepancies and improve tracking.
- Collaboration with Logistics and Warehouse Teams:
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate inventory scheduling and movement.
- Support inventory requirements for upcoming projects, shipments, and demand spikes.
- Sales Team Support:
- Manage the flow of inventory in and out to meet sales team requirements.
- Provide timely updates on product availability and potential constraints.

Experience:
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in inventory management and events
Structure:
- Full time
- Salary, exempt full time employee
- Most responsibilities will occur Monday-Friday between normal business hours, Occasional evenings and weekends and light travel may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
