This candidate will begin their tenure based in Miami, with a planned relocation to Dubai as the company establishes its global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive international expansion across key global markets.
- Oversee multi-national operations, including existing offices in Europe and North America.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional global team.
- Lead the evolution and development of tech-enabled wearable solutions for both professional and at-home use.
- Scale licensing and franchise operations across wellness, hospitality, and boutique fitness sectors.
- Grow rehabilitation market presence through strategic partnerships with professional sports teams, clinics, and recovery centers.
- Establish and maintain high-level strategic partnerships and investor relationships to support long-term growth.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to align on vision, roadmap, and execution.
- Report directly to the Board with regular updates on strategic goals, performance, and business development milestones.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10–15 years of senior leadership experience (e.g., COO, VP, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead and scale international operations and teams
- Background in fitness, health tech, wellness, or rehabilitation strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and fast-paced environments
- Action-oriented and hands-on—comfortable wearing multiple hats and executing at every level
- Track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and growth strategy
- Willing and excited to relocate internationally (Middle East HQ planned)
- Deep familiarity with the wellness and performance industry, ideally as both a professional and enthusiast
- Confident, dynamic communicator with strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills
