Position Overview :
The Service Drive Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service drive, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and managing a team of service advisors. Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of service advisors, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage the service drive area to ensure that vehicles are promptly checked in and customers are greeted in a timely, professional manner.
- Work closely with customers to address their needs, concerns, and feedback, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain efficient scheduling and staffing to meet customer demand while supporting a flexible work environment.
- Collaborate with service department teams, including technicians, parts, and management, to ensure timely and accurate vehicle service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive service department growth.
- Ensure all customer interactions and service requests are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and facilitate ongoing training to ensure service excellence.
- Assist with resolving any customer complaints or issues, aiming to resolve concerns swiftly and professionally.
