Jones Chevrolet in Humboldt, TN is seeking a transportation delivery specialist to deliver and pickup vehicles to and from customers and between dealerships. This involves delivering sold vehicles to customers and traveling across states. Must be able to transport vehicles to and from other dealerships and work with other drivers. Sometimes drivers are required to get paperwork completed by the customer.
What are responsibilities:
- Follow all traffic laws
- Drive defensively to ensure safety
- Keep all windows in the car clean
- Keep the interior of the car clean
- Make sure there is always enough gas to get to the destination
- Keep accurate count of gas usage, miles, and other data
- Accurately follow the correct route
What are the qualifications for Dealership Driver?
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Have been driving for at least 5 years
- Great time management skills
- Great customer attitude and attentiveness
- Ability to operate a vehicle for 8 hours
- Open to working nights and weekends
- Great organizational skills
- Clean driving record
