Responsibilities :
Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to achieving sales targets.
Utilize proven sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential and exceed sales goals.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the sales department.
Support the General Manager in running meetings, conducting training sessions, and implementing sales initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales team members.
Implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Conduct regular audits and fact-checking of sales reports to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management or dealership leadership.
Proven track record of achieving high sales performance and leading a successful sales team.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in dealership management systems and sales software.
