We value our CDL Drivers as essential members of our team. As a professional driver with Foundation Building Materials, you will be responsible for safe and efficient transportation of construction materials to our customers.
Our ideal candidate is a skilled driver with excellent time management skills, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.
- Maintain valid Class B CDL
- Minimum 1-year consistent commercial driving experience
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- Physical capacity to perform job tasks
- Inspect trucks daily and verify they are loaded and secured properly
- Arrive on time when scheduled
- Unload, protect, move, and stage materials according to customer directive
- Attend all required training programs
- Operate forklift and other company vehicles as trained
- Frequent heavy lifting up to 100 lbs
- Works well in a team environment
- Conform to safety rules and regulations
- Participate in meetings related to material delivery and overall company
