Inside Sales Professionals are a talented group of individuals that can discover sales opportunities on a consultative basis and able turn leads into new customers. The Inside Sales Professional will play a key role in continuing our successful track record of customer service and Branch performance. This position requires that the individual primarily handle the front counter sales focusing on customer relationship, managing sales of the company’s products and services, tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information while interfacing with an internal team and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale; includes taking phone orders, email or other electronic communication and servicing our walk-in customers.
Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside salespersons, telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence.
Coordinate with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepares and submits bid proposals within guidelines. Generates oral and written quotations.
Comply with all Company requirements for accurate administrative reporting.
Communicate sales issues with direct manager.
Scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries. Scheduling incoming and outgoing inventory including setting shipping schedules and negotiation with freight carriers to set freight rates.
Maintain knowledge of management software.
Stock, organize, and maintain showroom to maximize sales and maintain inventory.
Maintain proper project details, documentation, and orders for specific large projects.
Balance the cash drawer daily by following proper cash drawer procedures to ensure accurate handling.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual candidate preferred.
Computer Savvy
Ability to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
Relationship builder with repeat customers.
Works well under pressure and with a sense of urgency.
After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
