Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho has been a trusted name in foundation stabilization and crawl space repair since 1991. Headquartered in Meridian, we proudly serve Boise, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and surrounding areas. We specialize in foundation repair, waterproofing, and crawl space encapsulation, offering customized solutions and exceptional service to every customer.

The Role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee a variety of marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth, increasing brand visibility, and generating leads. This position requires working in-office at our Meridian, Idaho, location every day. It is not remote or hybrid, as collaboration with the team and hands-on involvement are key to success in this role.

What You Will Do:

• Write engaging and compelling website and social media content to showcase our products and services.
• Capture photos and videos at project sites for use in website content and social media campaigns.
• Execute approved marketing campaigns and initiatives, including tracking budgets and analyzing lead generation success.
• Coordinate and attend local home shows (seasonal weekends) to represent the company.
• Support and collaborate with the Marketing Director to achieve department goals and optimize marketing campaigns.

What We Need From You:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• High proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Meta, and similar software.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset who hits deadlines consistently.
• Strong skills in writing, analyzing data, organization, and time-management.
• Able and willing to visit local, active installations weekly for content gathering and educational purposes.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive approach to a growing and changing environment.
• Clear and consistent communication skills, with an openness to feedback and collaboration.
• This is an in-office position based in Meridian, Idaho. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance.
