Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating customers schedules, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance customers experience.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling for both customers and installation team.
- Utilize Sales Force scheduling software, such as i360, to maintain accurate records of customer appointments and follow-up visits.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, confirming appointments, and rescheduling as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of construction terminology and products to address customers concerns effectively.
- File and organize customer records to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with production team to streamline operations and improve customer flow within the company.
- Assist with permit and engineering processes when applicable.
- Support bilingual communication efforts to cater to diverse customer populations.
Skills
- Strong background in scheduling or experience within a construction company setting is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and compassionately.
- Familiarity with construction terminology is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Sales Force or similar platforms.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple schedules effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
