What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Maintenance / Construction / Roustabout Crew position at FOUNDATION ENERGY MANAGEMENT, LLC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Routine maintenance on FEM locations and equipment
- Hotshot services to and from workover rigs, well sites, and locations
- Supervise and assist third party contractors with setting and installing pumping units and components.
- Install, diagnose, and repair of piping, valves, pumps, motors, etc.
- Slide Rotoflex pumping units forward/back before and after workovers.
- Preliminary P&A teardowns
- General road, lease, & yard maintenance of ground and buildings
- General cleanup & trash removal
- Tank installation and repair
- Install and repair production lines such as poly, steel, and PVC.
- Occasional relief lease operator
- Trouble shooting, diagnosing engine mechanical problems.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of mechanical applications
- Has good knowledge of oil and gas operations and equipment.
- Proficient with hand and power tools as well as heavy equipment
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently or as a team under little supervision.
- Able to perform job functions with concern for safety and environment.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or G.E.D. with a minimum of two years industry experience
Valid CDL Required, able to and willing to obtain.
Computer and Technical Skills:
Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, preferred.
Work Schedule & Travel:
Monday – Friday Schedule
- Occasional weekend work as needed.
- Travel will be required for this position.
- Scheduled on call.
Salary : $25 - $40
