Duties
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure quality patient care and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with treatment team and clients.
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of clinical staff and interns and provide constructive feedback.
- Supervise clinical students as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have a clinical license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Proven experience in management within a clinical setting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
