Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infectious Disease Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. We are committed to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population of over 300,000 across four local hospitals in the Southern New Hampshire region. This position offers a balanced work schedule with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time, Monday through Friday.
Position Highlights:
- Patient Care: Provide inpatient and outpatient consults for a variety of infectious disease cases.
- Call Schedule: 1:5 call rotation, allowing for a manageable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient consultations on a wide range of infectious diseases.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers to manage complex cases.
- Engage in patient education, offering advice on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Share on-call duties (1:5) for after-hours coverage.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Infectious Disease.
- Valid medical license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure).
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
