JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in all aspects of housekeeping
- Clean common areas (lobby, hallways, community room, laundry room and public bathrooms)
- Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensuring all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, countertops and sinks
- Maintaining clean and sanitary Community Room areas
- Washing Windows
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpet and rugs
- Sweeping / vacuuming, polishing and mopping hard / linoleum floors
- Keeping Visitor’s bathrooms stocked with toiletries such as paper towels, hand soap and toilet paper
- Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Washing blinds
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
- Reporting any necessary repairs or replacement
- Some ground maintenance This is a full-time position with benefits. You will be required to provide your COVID vaccination card, or you may request a vaccine exemption form for medical or religious reasons.
