Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm in the US, is recruiting 2025 Summer Interns for their Daytona Beach, Florida Headquarters.
This 8-week program starts June 9, 2025 and is designed to prepare students for a career in insurance after graduation. Foundation Risk Partners is dedicated to providing a learning and development internship program that will provide a meaningful professional experience in which you will be actively engaged across multiple divisions of our organization. The program will provide assistance in determining where your interest abilities scales aspirations and professional goals are aligned.
Students will learn and develop their professional skills in the areas of commercial property & casualty insurance, risk management, employee benefits, insurance carrier & wholesale broker operations. They will work closely with Regional Division Leaders & assigned mentors as they build the skills & knowledge through various training session and industry specific projects. Successful completion of internship objectives throughout the program include an understanding of Foundation Risk Partners services, internal departments, divisions within the company as well as the industry as a whole. Interns will work as members of a team, while also working individually on assignments & projects.

Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Risk Management/Insurance
- Rising Juniors or Seniors as of summer of 2025
- Communication, collaboration and leadership abilities
- Initiative and motivation to succeed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Involvement in school organizations and activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Flexible work hours may be necessary when facing deadlines
- Occasional travel to local offices or to training
