Foundation Risk Partners , one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Personal Lines Account Coordinator to their Acentria team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Job Summary :
The Account Coordinator I is responsible for daily servicing of clients including new and renewal business processing while maintaining exceptional customer relations with clients. This includes regularly interacting with new and existing clients as needed. The Account Coordinator I is also responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to insurance coverage. This position reviews processed policies as needed, services clients in a timely manner, and performs such other duties as are required to establish, service and maintain accounts.
Essential Functions :
- Participates in marketing meetings and attends carrier meetings
- Maintains open items checklists / timelines
- Prepares certificates of insurance
- Responsible for major project deadlines
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on accounts
