Essential Functions:
- Meets agency’s objectives for client service, account development and placement of Aligns with Sales Plan goals. Services all clients as VIP status.
- Handles all phone calls, outside client visits and walk-in activity by clients and Phone calls are returned the same day or referred to supervisor or manager for handling.
- Working with clients to perform re-markets, answer questions regarding coverages and ensuring the coverages meets the needs of the client, cross sell to other departments.
- New Accounts:
- Works with colleague on transition of new business by reviewing EPIC notes to familiarize themselves with the new account. Sends intro email to the client. Work with colleague to clear up any open activities from the New Business binding within 72 hours.
- Rounding:
- Follows the Agency program to round personal lines accounts. At time of renewal, review open and closed activities to determine if additional coverage is beneficial to the client based on past conversations and revised company contracts. Review coverage eligibility requirements with company underwriter.
- Profiles, sends rounding email(s); follows-up and creates new
- Uses every contact as an opportunity to round the account and review coverages the insured needs; communicates those needs successfully.
- Renewals:
- Responsible for timely renewal reviews on assigned Book of Full review to be conducted every three years on non-VIP accounts.
- Delegates tasks to others within the agency and ReSourcePro as
- Manages their Home page in EPIC by keeping open activities
- Set up policy changes in EPIC and assigns to ReSourcePro for
- Attends networking events and carrier
- Proficient in duties of the Assistant Account
- Reviews company contracts and products independently each
- Mentor for less experienced staff within the Personal Lines
- Any other duties or projects that may be assigned by Agency
- NJ or NY Property and Casualty license required
- Minimum of one-year high net worth carrier experience
- At least three years of previous Account Executive experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Chubb, AIG, Pure, and Cincinnati Knowledge of Applied EPIC software preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC software preferred but not required
- Must be willing to obtain an insurance designation as per agency standards
