Private Client Sales Producer Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Warner Companies team in Timonium, Maryland, as a Private Client Sales Producer. In this role, you will work closely with the Private Client team to develop sales and retention strategies, negotiate the acquisition and renewal of Private Client accounts/clients, and build strong relationships with clients and carrier personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Private Client team to develop sales and retention strategies.
- Develop leads, attend prospect and client appointments, and build client relationships.
- Remain up-to-date with market trends, products, and guidelines.
- Collect detailed risk and underwriting information.
- Prepare submissions for the marketing of accounts, including quotes and analysis as required.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals to clients.
- Participate in marketing meetings and attend carrier functions.
Requirements:
- State-specific insurance license required.
- 4 years of agency experience with a strong sales background.
- Excellent negotiation, sales management, organizational, multitasking, motivational, verbal, and written skills.
- Ability to build good working relationships with clients and team members.
- Capable of making sound decisions in unusual circumstances.
