We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a permanent, full-time Software/IT Project Manager.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead the charge on real-world, user-centered projects from conception to execution.
  • Collaborate with a creative and collaborative team of developers and IT professionals.
  • Leverage your expertise to define project schedules and craft clear project plans.
  • Drive results by keeping executives and stakeholders informed through clear, concise communication.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Plan, execute and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation.
  • Identify, manage risks and issues, and facilitate resolution.
  • Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Project Management and Quality:

  • Monitor project progress and track variances against goals.
  • Manage deliverable quality and ensure user acceptance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Lead project closeout with required deliverables.

Professional Development:

  • Continuously develop leadership skills.
  • Embrace organizational changes and champion PMO best practices.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability within the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of exceptional software/IT project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC & PM) and application and/or infrastructure delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Agile/Waterfall experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
