Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Plan, execute and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation.
- Identify, manage risks and issues, and facilitate resolution.
- Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Project Management and Quality:
- Monitor project progress and track variances against goals.
- Manage deliverable quality and ensure user acceptance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Lead project closeout with required deliverables.
Professional Development:
- Continuously develop leadership skills.
- Embrace organizational changes and champion PMO best practices.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Foster a culture of accountability within the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of exceptional software/IT project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC & PM) and application and/or infrastructure delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Agile/Waterfall experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

- Perform all other duties as assigned.
