Duties
- Supervise daily operations on project sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Read and interpret contract documents to guide project execution.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project estimates and schedules.
- Train and mentor field staff in best practices for project management and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction/foundation management or a related field.
- Familiarity with quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of foundation practices is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
