Key Responsibilities PMO Leadership and Governance :
- Establish and lead the PMO, creating standardized processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement project governance, risk management, and reporting structures for ERP implementation and other organizational initiatives.
- Play lead role in future acquisition integration strategic planning.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
