Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is currently hiring full-time Admissions Coordinators to join our intake team! We offer convenient Monday through Friday schedules on day and evening shift (7a-3:30p or 4p-12a).
We also have PRN positions available.

The Admissions Coordinator provides telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention for individuals seeking psychiatric help. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for initial contact with referral sources, and potential patients, coordinating the referral and intake process, and determination of appropriate level of care. The Admissions coordinator works with a variety of community resources, insurance companies, and outpatient providers.

Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology required (MSW, LSW, LCSW, LPC, NCC, MS, MA)
- Prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population is preferred
- Two years’ experience with child/adolescent mental health clients and families preferred, but not required.
- Capable of building rapport and providing excellent customer relation skills to outside providers, hospitals, families, and youth
- Proficient with a computer and the required software programs as applicable to the job functions, including electronic mail, word processing, excel, and various databases
- Knowledge of external review organizations (i.e. Managed Care, Medicaid, Primary insurance)
