Qualifications

Qualifications

• Master’s student in Human Services field from accredited college or university interested in obtaining unpaid internship hours.
• Experience with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Experience in an inpatient or residential treatment setting a plus!
  
  

Skills And Abilities

• Proficient with a computer and the required software programs as applicable to the job functions, including
  
  

electronic mail, word processing, excel, and various databases

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of performing written or typed record keeping and correspondence as it relates to job functions.
• Capable of rapport building with youth and their families to facilitate their engagement in the therapeutic services.
• Willingness to learn and engage in case management and aftercare planning
