Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider and kitchen staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves assisting in providing a safe, nurturing environment for children while engaging them in age-appropriate activities.
Specifically this role will prepare meals and snacks for students and children while ensuring cleanliness of the center. During times when cooking is not needed this person will help teachers and provide breaks.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring environment.
- Keep a clean environment that is up to Sanitation standards.
- Provide care for infants/toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their needs are met.
- prepare meals and snacks
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain safety protocols at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social skills and cooperation.
Experience
- Previous experience in daycare ,childcare settings, or kitchen is preferred.
- Food handlers certification is preferred but not required
- First aid certification is beneficial but not required at the time of application.
- Experience in nannying or classroom settings will be considered an asset.

Pay: $11.25 - $13.70 per hour
