This role will create a dynamic and engaging curricular program, develop relational skills for healthy wellbeing, establish a foundation for educational success, and engage families in the learning process. Support and help implement developmentally appropriate curriculum to foster a play based and structured environment Help facilitate creative play, motor skill activities, and safe peer interactions throughout the day Maintain a safe, organized classroom that supports each child's independent learning Follow supervision, mentorship and instruction from teacher/director for the purpose of providing an effective and efficient classroom environment and addressing the needs of individual students Provide care for children, such as following schedules and routines, grooming, feeding, changing diapers, toileting, and cleaning rooms and toys.
