We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of our growing practice. In this role, you will provide essential support to our chiropractic staff in order to deliver high-quality care. You will also ensure a positive experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will encompass both administrative and clinical tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our practice.
Duties
- Assist with patient intake and registration processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Gree patients with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide medical administrative support, including managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
- Utilize electronic health records software for patient management and billing processes.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries in a professional, confident, and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
- Ensure that all patient information is filed correctly, updated, and handled confidentially in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or chiropractic setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Familiarity with medical administrative tasks, including medical billing and insurance processes.
- Knowledge of chiropractic care is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently and remaining patient-focused.
- A compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others achieve their health goals.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
