Foundations Early Learning Center is expanding! We are seeking a Childcare Program Manager to manage and train on the implementation of curriculum and developmentally-appropriate practices at our new school in Richmond Hill. Pay range: $17 - $21 per hour, based on education and experience.

Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally-appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices.
- Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented.
- Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers.
- Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure adequate classroom materials.
- Develop and track teacher professional development plans.
- Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences.
- Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp.
- Ensure all regulatory and company policies are observed in classrooms.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience as a lead teacher in a licensed childcare facility required.
- Must possess knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations.
- Proficient computer skills in a wide variety of business-related software programs.
- Meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions, and maintain state in-service requirements.
