Director salary range: $52,000-$57,000, based on education and experience. PLUS free childcare and quarterly bonus potential.

Foundations provides premier infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Requirements
- Minimum of Associate's in Early Childhood Education, BA preferred
- Knowledge of childcare management and early education
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility
- State qualifications for classroom teaching and knowledge of all state licensing regulations
- Proficient computer skills in a variety of business-related programs, including Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative, supervisory & leadership skills with a talent for building relationships
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children
