Foundations For Life South, LLC is seeking local qualified individuals who would enjoy making an impact in the lives of children with developmental and/ or behavioral disabilities. The youth we serve greatly benefit from and need responsible adults in their lives willing to provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship. Although the majority of care is provided in the home, we seek people who are also excited about getting our youth out into the community and enjoying fun activities.
* Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. are NOT available shifts, please DO NOT apply for this position seeking day shifts.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for
- Weekday 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
- Weekends 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Weekends 3 p.m. -11 p.m.
* Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. are not available.
Care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Shifts are 8 hours, and will include evenings, weekends, holidays when applicable.
Overtime is typically available based on your availability, but is by no means required or guaranteed.
Compensation starts at $20-$22/ hour depending on experience
PTO accrued based on hours worked

Job duties:
- Staff are responsible for maintaining and encouraging an independent normalized environment.
- Staff will provide support and training in personal hygiene, grooming, cooking, cleaning skills, socialization, recreation, medication, and menu planning.
Requirements ( Per WAC 110-147-1460, 110-145-1445)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have 6 months F/T relevant experience
