Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Admissions, located in West Lafayette, OH. The Director of Admissions will oversee enrollment management and student recruiting, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the admissions process. Responsibilities include developing and implementing admission policies, managing all aspects of student financial aid, and maintaining accurate and organized records of prospective and current residents.
Qualifications
- Experience in Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Student Financial Aid procedures and regulations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in long-term care or healthcare industry is a plus
