- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term vision aligned with the school’s mission, driving innovation and accountability.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence across all areas, including staffing and facilities.
- Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with the School Business Administrator and Board of Directors to create sustainable budgets, secure funding, and monitor fiscal health.
- Educational Excellence: Champion rigorous curriculum development, data-driven decision-making, and professional growth for staff to ensure outstanding student outcomes.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners while serving as the school’s primary representative.
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven educational leadership/administration experience.
- Proven success in leading schools, particularly in urban settings.
- Expertise in curriculum development, instructional evaluation, and data analysis.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and human resources management.
- K-12 teaching experience and a deep belief in the transformative power of charter schools.
