Your Role: Advisor Services Relationship Manager
As an Advisor Services Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for financial advisors, ensuring they receive exceptional support and resources to serve their clients effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advisor Support: Address inquiries related to our services, platforms, and processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Onboarding: Guide new advisors through account setup and operational procedures, facilitating a smooth transition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and enhance advisor satisfaction.
- Education: Inform advisors about available resources and best practices to maximize efficiency.
What You Bring
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 0–2 years in client service, sales support, or relationship management, preferably within financial services.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, a proactive problem-solving approach, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
