What You’ll Own:
- End-to-end billing operations for a multi-billion-dollar RIA platform
- Calculation, reconciliation, and reporting of advisory fees across multiple structures (AUM-based, flat, performance)
- Communication with advisors and custodians to resolve billing issues and elevate the client experience
- Optimization of systems and billing workflows for scale and compliance
What You Bring:
- 3 years of billing, finance, or accounting experience—preferably in the RIA or financial services space
- Mastery of Excel and an obsession with accuracy
- Confidence navigating fee structures, data, and financial reports
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Orion, custodial platforms, or SEC-regulated billing
