Foundations Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric therapy clinic providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Our vision is to be the gold standard of pediatric therapy services in the Houston community. Summary: In this role you will be required to treat pediatric clients in need of speech therapy.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide speech therapy services to pediatric clients
  • Provide parent education regarding plans of care, home/school recommendations, and goal achievement
  • Perform screenings, evaluations, reassessments, and progress notes
  • Perform clinical documentation for all sessions
  • Collaborate with team members (PTs, OTs, COTAs, & STs) regularly regarding clients to ensure quality of care
  • Collaborate with administration
  • Maintenance of clinical materials and equipment
  • Adhere to HIPAA practices to maintain client confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • SLP- MS/MA Speech Language Pathology, ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP); Registered/Licensed in TX
  • Experience in pediatrics
  • Preferred experience in DIR/Floortime approach, willing to train
  • Preferred experience with oral motor and feeding concerns
