We are currently looking for a Concierge to join our team at a luxury condominium property in downtown Madison.
The concierge supports the property management team and the property owners providing services such as: interacting with owners/residents and their pets, managing the building calendar, receiving contractors, tracking documentation related to ongoing building projects, coordinating move in or move out activities, supporting on-site maintenance staff, mail/package collection, and condo checks while owners are away.
Requirements:The ideal candidate will be a professional with a commitment to providing exemplary customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry, executive support, or luxury property services is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and proven multi-tasking skills required.
