F3 Marina, a division of Founders 3 Real Estate Services, is a leader in professional marina management and consulting services to marina owners anywhere. We are growing and will be adding a new marina to our management portfolio. This team will be adding an Administrative Manager.

The Administrative Manager is a key ambassador for the marina fostering a welcoming atmosphere and promoting a sense of boater comradery and community. You will support the Marina General Manager in a variety of key areas including the following:

  • Sales, marketing, event planning and advertising – utilizing multiple platforms including email, social media and website
  • In conjunction with the Marina General Manager, support recruitment, hiring, training and assignment of duties for maintenance, docks, etc.
  • Manage collections, customer contacts, bill pay, local level human resources and marina occupancy
  • Develop and manage reporting to include: occupancy, fuel, security and maintenance
  • Process customer related accounts including insurance, financial audits, sales data (CRM)
  • Maintain marina logs for incidents, slip changes, maintenance work orders, dockside revenue, safety and fuel inventory
  • Perform general front desk duties
  • Administer liens and grants (State SAVE grant)

All marina employees offer exemplary customer service to boaters and visitors to the marina. As part of this team, this person is required to work one weekend per month.

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have some background in hospitality management, great customer service skills and attention to detail. Strong computer acumen including proficiency with the Micro Soft Office Suite of products and Quickbooks.

Prior experience in office administration, A/R, event planning, and social media promotion. Some team leadership experience is a plus.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
