Director of Buzz Experience- Founders Classical Academy - Virtual

Position Overview:

Founders Classical Academy Online seeks a Director of Buzz Experience to lead the integration of classical education with the Buzz Agilix learning platform. This role requires a seasoned classical educator (5-10 years of experience) with strong technical acumen, expertise in instructional design, and a deep understanding of digital learning environments. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between curriculum experts, teachers, and staff, ensuring that classical education is delivered seamlessly and effectively in an online format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of the Buzz Agilix learning platform for FCA Online.

• Collaborate with curriculum experts, teachers, and administrators to translate high-quality classical curriculum into a well-structured digital learning experience.

• Ensure lesson design and course structure align with the principles of classical education while leveraging digital tools effectively.

• Develop and implement best practices for online instruction, course navigation, and student engagement within Buzz.

• Provide ongoing professional development to teachers on effective digital pedagogy, content delivery, and student engagement strategies.

• Troubleshoot technical and instructional challenges, serving as the go-to resource for Buzz-related support.

• Work closely with ResponsiveEd Solutions and other key stakeholders to maintain high standards for digital course design.

• Analyze student and teacher feedback, making iterative improvements to course usability and learning effectiveness.

• Stay up to date with emerging digital learning trends, instructional technology, and improvements within the Buzz platform.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in classical education (teaching, curriculum design, or instructional leadership).

• Strong technical proficiency and ability to work effectively with digital learning platforms (experience with Buzz Agilix preferred).

• Expertise in instructional design, online pedagogy, and digital course development.

• Ability to collaborate across departments, working with curriculum designers, teachers, and IT staff.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address both technical and instructional challenges.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), online assessments, and student engagement tools.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving the digital learning experience.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to train and support faculty in leveraging Buzz effectively.

Work Requirements:

• Hybrid schedule (minimum two days per week at the home office).

• Ability to travel occasionally for professional development and training sessions.
