Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform interior and exterior repairs to clubhouse for needed services and repairs.
• Conduct inspections of clubhouse for needed service and repairs.
• Communicate with management about any work that may require outside expert assistance.
• Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects.
• Maintain fire, carbon monoxide, smoke and other safety systems within the building.
• Change air filters and lightbulbs as needed.
• Establish preventative maintenance schedules.
• Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment when necessary.
• Maintain inventories.
Qualifications
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:
Use personal protective equipment as required by Founders Group International polices:
- Safety goggles or safety glasses and hearing protection
- Respirators
- Chemical resistant suits and gloves
• Actively demonstrates, encourages, and models safety rules in accordance with the law.
• Reports safety or hazard concerns to management immediately.
• Reports on the job injuries to management immediately.
Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education
• Takes personal responsibility for safety every day.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Salary : $20 - $23
