Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time | Compensation: $15.00 a hour
SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for:
- Responsible for administrative functions in relation to all productivity, filing, maintenance of sales systems, as well as in-house sales.
- Prepare and process all department correspondence, purchase orders, and be active in corporate sales effort.
- Make regular orders of supplies and parts based on the operating par inventory levels for same.
- Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in all administrative duties and tasks as assigned.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensures all deposits and charges are processed properly and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintains and efficient trace system and generates daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports as prescribed by Sales and Marketing standard operating procedures.
- Attends all mandatory sales meetings.
- Performs all administrative duties as needed for Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Manager(s).
- Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure all daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly responsibilities are completed on a timely and consistent basis.
- Composes and types routine correspondence.
- Receives and distributes incoming mail.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Organizes and maintains filing systems and files correspondence and other records.
- Answers and pre-screens telephone inquiries with regard to job openings and in accordance with established procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITY
- Strong working knowledge of Delphi.
- Proficient in Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Internet.
- Strong multi tasking and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interaction and people skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education –High school diploma required.
- Experience – One year experience in related field preferred.
