Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Monitor performance reviews and provide feedback to managers.
- Support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
